RAHUL SINGH

Rahul is a skilled and experienced Litigator and has previously worked in reputed Law Firms based in New Delhi; such as Paras Kuhad & Associates, DSK Legal and Hemant Sahai & Associates. In addition, he has garnered significant experience in conducting proceedings before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, having honed his skills under eminent Senior Advocates, whereunder; he became adept with Supreme Court Practice and Procedures. Rahul also serves as a Senior Panel Counsel for Union of India and as a Standing Counsel for the Income Tax Department for their proceedings before the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi and has formerly served as a Panel Counsel for the Government of Himachal Pradesh, the Delhi Development Authority, Indian Oil Corporation Limited, New Delhi Municipal Council, NTPC, EPFO and the Steel Authority of India Limited. Rahul has graduated with a Bachelor of Law (Honours) Degree, from Amity Law School, New Delhi in 2010 and is a member of the Delhi High Court Bar Association and the Supreme Court Bar Association.
