NISHANT SHOKEEN

Nishant has been practicing as an Advocate in Delhi for more than eleven years, having worked under Eminent Legal Luminaries like Mr. Ram Jethmalani and Mr. P.H. Parekh. He has represented various public sector undertakings in the Infrastructure and Real Estate Sector. Nishant has extensive experience in litigation and corporate advisory. Nishant appears before the Supreme Court of India, High Courts, District Courts and various Tribunals. Nishant; in addition to having represented large business conglomerates such as Siemens Ltd, Ambience Group etc. has also represented Central University of Haryana, National Insurance Company Limited and the North Delhi Municipal Corporation in their litigations before various fora. His areas of practice include Antitrust and Competition, Corporate Laws, Arbitration, General Civil Litigation, Labour and Employment Laws, Intellectual Property, Joint Ventures, Mergers and Acquisitions. Nishant has graduated with a Bachelor of Law (Honours) Degree, from Jindal Global Law School in 2014 and is a member of the Supreme Court Bar Association & Delhi High Court Bar Association.
