Yash Bhardwaj

Yash graduated from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University in 2022 and joined Resolute Legal in 2023. At Resolute Legal, he focuses on drafting and preparing legal strategies on a complex range of legal matters. He has garnered vast experience; having worked across a varied spectrum of cases concerning both civil law and criminal law. Yash is also adept with cases; touching upon Income Tax Law and Company Law and handles a diverse range of legal matters pertaining to the Income Tax Act, 1961 and the Companies Act, 2013. Yash has also independently handled a wide portfolio of legal cases before Administrative Tribunals in service matters and other allied areas of practice.
